Having Laptop Issues?
No doubt you already are aware... you need your MacBook for the entire course. If you are experiencing a technical issue with your Launch Box laptop, please contact Support at 877-437-6349 and a Full Sail representative will assist you with resolving it. For broken screens, charging issues, or other damages that will leave you without your laptop for the remainder of the course, you may need to contact your student advisor so they can assist you with rescheduling the class at 800-226-7625. If you ever need to open a Support Ticket, simply click the "Open A Full Sail Support Ticket" button below.
